Magnificent moments photography...it's been a hell ride

If i could have given a negative 5 ,i would have, to sum up our experience, it would be as follows: 1. We were offered the highest package which me and my now wife took for the wedding,which included: A) video of ceremony and reception B) photobooth C)an engagement shoot 1 month prior to wedding D)edit of photos taken E)A4 photo album F)2x A3 canvas G)1x A4 canvas H) 25x seperate prints 2. Requested us to pay in full as Natasha stipulated, that this was her requirement. Whiche we honored, and paid 8 months in advance 3. The red signal lights started flickering when Natasha did not pitch for the engagement shoot.....TWICE...after arrangements were made and we were already dressed and ready to meet 4. More than a year later, all that we have receives for our pro-gold package we have selected was........ a usb, with black and white and colour photos on, of which some are duplicates 5. On inspection of the photos, we came to realise that several photos that we specially requested was not there, after we asked about them, we received the moment, but not the photo we wanted, we asked about it, and about a week later, we received a photo that looked like a todler in paint tried to "fix" with a butcher knife on the mouse. 6. Numerous attempts has been made to contact Natasha and every single time there is an excuse, her phone is giving problems or her emails are acting up, she sent it, she does not know why we have not received it, there is never any firm dates with her, nor can you trust her. In my honest opinion, if you want to be taken for a ride, have your money stolen, never receive what you paid for, have excuses hurled at you, be blocked on whatsapp, receive poor photos and just be so frustrated , then by all means, use magnificent moments photography
