Shocking and disgusting service from Santam, it's been over a week and they are dilly dallying around my claim and mailing me about some damn Commitees , what do I have to do with these? These level of arrogance and disrespect to your loyal customers is uncalled for and noone should tolerate it.You are arrogant, and poor for my liking. I have not expected you to treat me like this after 15yrs, you are casting doubts on my claim and I do not appreciate it .

The worst experience ever, shocking and no respect for customers across all levels. They cast doubt and find ways to make your claim difficult. After 15 years I am utterly disgusted
Call it a stroke of luck, after more than 20 calls and logging several tickets for over 3 solid weeks my call was answered by the helpful and friendly Thobile Mtolo from Assessments, very kind and she made me hold for a while trying to resolve my issue but unfortunately, I had to leave for an urgent meeting. In less than 30min the matter was resolved. She called me the next day to confirm the resolution of my query. I previously dealt with her on another query and equally, she was a star. Well done Thobile, You are a True Brand Ambassador
I took my car for repairs and they are refusing to pay for my turbo. They are using another company which uses their brand as a front .They are Crooks

Shocking almost bordering on being skelm .They are refusing to pay for my repairs .They say they would have have paid if the turbo was broken .The car was losing power and with lots of smoke at certain periods and fixing or attending to the matter earlier lessens the serious damage that could happen to the parts of the car if not attended to.The Specialist report says the same and they say I should have waited to get stuck and have more damages to the car .This is ridiculous and wanting to rip me off after paying them for nearly 2yrs with no claim.
Merc Constantia Kloof 14th Ave- Worst service ever ,took my car in for service on Wednesday. The person consultant(Mpho) nowhere to be found and finally spoke to the Manager "Service Manager " Dave - Promised to get back to me .Where is my car .Has something happened to it.What kind of pathetic service is this? Equally switchboard dropping calls or not delivering messages..The car went in for service not for a new engine. I have been without a car for 3 solid days and going into the weekend. What do these people actually think?
