Standard Charter Investigation "debt collectors" are a scam dont use them

This company is regarded to be a dect recovery firm . However they push you into paying an upfront fee (often 10% of the amount outstanding) . They are very fast to talk a good talk of detictives etc but however you must pay the upfront fee ASAP so a detective can get onto your case. They never recovered 1 cent , let alone made any contact with the company that we were owed by , they often say their detectives are in court when you call. They have multiple yellow bill boards all over JHB say " effective debt recovery" . They the biggest scam
