REFUND AND CANCELLATION OF UNLAWFUL SUBSCRIPTIONS

I had a terrible experience with these people after having two deductions on my credit card account without consenting to the arrangement to be carried out. ABSA notified me of the transaction and advised me to reply (2 = No) and promised to call me back. I went to inquire with the bank for possible reversal of the transaction ,only to be told to cancel the subscription and membership fee with the merchandise.
