Delay with order confirmation once ordered

Found Exon Consulting on an online search for a solar energy monitor. This was my first order. I could not for some reason pay with my credit card so I opted for prepayment. Sent proof of payment on Monday, and I only received the confirmation after an hour. Their support department came back to me with all the details, some miscommunication there. Received my order the following day (due to express), delighted with the product. Just ensure that the client is informed immediately that his order is on hand. Next time 5 stars for sure.
