I would just like to say that I received a bill for over R14 000.00 for electricity. I contacted Sia at the Ndlambe Municipality and I received nothing but friendly and helpful service, We arranged for someone to come out for the meter reading, which unfortunately they could not keep the appointment, however I was contacted the whole time and kept updated. I took a photo on my meter and forwarded to Sia, She sorted everything out in no time at all. Today I received another account and as she promised everything that was overcharged had been credited. Well Done Sia Keep up the work!
THIS IS THE WORST SECURITY COMPANY AROUND. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME OR EXPECT ANY KIND OF SECURITY NEEDS MEET. THIS COMPANY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ANY SENSE FULL STOP. DON'T CALL THE EMERGENCY NUMBER AS YOU WILL LISTEN TO MUSIC FOR 10 MINUTES, DON'T PRESS YOUR PANIC BUTTON AS THAT TAKES 50 MINUTES JUST O GET A CALL FROM CONTROL ROOM AND ANOTHER 10 MINUTES FOR A CAR TO ARRIVE. I HAVE SPOKEN TO CLINTON ERASMUS, FINANCIAL MANAGER, NEVER PHONES BACK. DESNEY WILLIAMS WHO TITILE IS" CLIENT LIAISON OFFICER", THINK SHE MISS CLASS THAT DAY! I CAN GO ON AND ON WITH NAMES OF THE PEOPLE THAT GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE CANCELLED AND I SUGGEST OTHER DO THE SAME.
