I have bought this extended service plan for my vehicle in October 2018. This plan is not activated from the date of purchased. I have send an email last week 12 August 2019 to request what is the process to follow to service my vehicle. No response from the 360 Plus customer services. Today 19 August 2019 I took my vehicle in for the 120 000km services. After the dealer called for the authorization for the service, they are informed that the plan is not activated yet, I then called the customer care line again, the only thing that they are saying is that the plan might be activated after 3-4 hours, and this after I have informed them about the service a week prior to the service date. They have all my email communications, but still did not activate the plan. This is very poor service and I will not recommend this to any other person.
