LOAN DETECTOR ****

Apparently I have requested a loan from Loan Detectors SA in May 2019, now they want to deduct money from my bank account for services I did not request. I did not even fill a application form in from them or send them any supporting documents for a loan. Now I receive letters of demand on email. When I try to phone the company they don't even answer their phones. I have requested my signed documents from them but with no avail. How do I go about to report the company for fraud????? I will not pay a cent to them as for I have NOT completed a application form from them. They are threatening to the account to legal collectors
