Shop stops functioning an hour before closing due to cleaning, several occasions. Enquired telephonically about a product price, promised a call back - didn’t happen. Visited store asked price, told “don’t know!” Upon stern enquiry was told after a press of a button on the scale. Then told ‘no stock”. Absolutely no interest in serving or service, busy cleaning ; at 16:00 ! Emailed CEO, not even the courtesy of an answer!
Went to Cedar Square for breakfast. Had to yell to get served after 10 minutes. Was told menu choice was unavailable, asked then for breakfast, poached eggs also unavailable, without mushrooms but rather a second sausage. Arrived with mushrooms! Asked for rectification, got charged R16-00 for sausage ! Called customer service - needless to say NO response or feeedback. Unacceptable?
Unbelievably poor service at V&A Waterfront. Ended up getting into movie 15 minutes after start ! Staff were absent, had to be found, couldn’t organise tickets. Appalling! Customer Care, what a misnomer, couldn’t care - never even bothered to respond.
