Hi I have taken my wife to Dr Mdunge,Mnguni Radiologists on 27 March 2018 for scans Before she took the scans I ask the radiologists that they need to get authorization from my medical aid (Medihelp) before we do any scans because I will not be able to pay for the scans myself(See mails I send after medical aid send statement that they not going to pay the bill) According to the medical aid they authorized 3 codes for scans but the radiologists did a scan that no authorization were made –After that the medical aid also ask them to correct it as well as myself send them a email and received no feedback Now a year after Du Plessis and partners attorneys call me to pay the outstanding amount of R5492.79,the fault were the radiologist ask authorization for the wrong code and now I am liable to pay the account After I asked them that I will not do the scan if the medical aid will not pay for it Please see all attached correspondence Ryno Stols
