Terrible service. She said I would receive my package on Thursday at latest. I still have not received anything and when I asked what was going on I got a terrible attitude as well as threats from the owner. Thankfully the guy doing the deliveries is willing to make a plan otherwise I would've had no gift to give my dad on his birthday tomorrow! I wil not reccomend doing business with this lady to my worst enemy!
I ordered swimwear from Doll Me Up on 2 December 2019. After not hearing from them after 4 weeks I sent an email to request a tracking number for my order. I was then told that my order was not dispatched yet due to the couriers not working during public holidays and that I will receive my order during the next week. I told her that the delivery address would have to be changed if the order is not delivered by the 10th of January due to my husband and I both being back at work and was then told that she would have to cancel the order and put in a new order and there would be no guarantee of my items still being in stock because I will have to fall to the back of the line, but that she believes I will receive my order before 10 January. On the morning of 10 January I asked for a tracking number again and was told that my order has not been sent yet and that she would look into the problem and let me know. After no update by the afternoon I requested a refund to which I only got a blank email as a reply. This service is unacceptable!
