They ***** persal numbers from government employees to make sales, I'm shocked after seeing their deduction on my payslip. How can I report them. I didn't sign any agreement with them

Today out of nowhere I received otp from tyme for transactions I didn't make, I just ignored the otp because I new nothing could happen if I don't approve the otp. To my surprise when I checked the banking app this transactions went through. I don't understand how did this happen

Where do report maintenance issues at AFHCO south hills lifestyle.... It's been weeks now without water. This is frustrating we bought top up prepaid but it just runs out because we keep on checking if there's hot water
South hills lifestyle estate, if it's not electricity outage, It's water outage...we don't have water in our apartment and when we report the problem to the caretaker he gave us Ayogas contacts and we did that only to find out later from other tenants that this is an ongoing problem the geyser switch tripped. What's the point of having caretakers who can't detect the fault that keeps on appearing to all the tenants. Their phones are always off they never respond to our texts. Stop hiring people who don't want to work. They take a whole weekjust to clear dstv signal error. This is not the service we are paying for
We as the residents of AFHCO in South Hills at block G we are unfairly treated as we get a very poor service whilst we pay so much for rentals. Every weekend our block has no power and water, when we lodge complaints we only get attended to after 48hrs. Building managers never update us on anything happening and they don't attend to our phone calls during the weekends.
