Lack of customer service/training

Good day,I went to the new Philly restaurant in Fourways mall yesterday (01/09/19)and the service I got was horrible as it was a quiet Sunday morning,the order took long to get to us,there was a mix up with the order also,the waiter didn't know if whether the meal he gave us was the right portion and he even gave us the bill before we even finished eating,he kept disturbing us with his speed point which we didn't need as we were paying cash and he stopped attending to us as soon as he saw other customers,I had to personally go to the till and pay for our meal
