I ordered 20 November 2019 and received confirmation email from Flex Posture ZA. They also send tracking number. I was under the impression that this Body Posture Corrector is from South Africa. When tracking the package the information I got was that it was shipped from China. I was surprised. It said Delivery free so I decided to see what happens next. From China the tracking started 20/11/2019 and was received at International JHB Mail Centre 02/12/2019. Since then the transit show LADYSMITH (i'm from KZN) and ended at my Post Office 20/12/2019. After that I waited and waited. Post Office said it must be stuck at LADYSMITH. Post Office NEVER gave me a slip to say that package arrived. Frustrated I went to the Post Office on the 22/1/2019 and told them to LOOK IT UP....AGAIN! So in the end the package was listed on the Post Office list after carefully looking through the list and VOILA! I got my Parcel. And of course I needed to pay R29 (international). So ya, the parcel took forever to get to me but eventually it did. If I know it came from China instead of South Africa I would have never ordered it.
Very happy client. Received my product in a day's time. Wow, now that is impressive :) Used a few days ago and is so delighted to notice the cravings for sweet things is fading away.
