I spoke to a lady by the name of Mirriam Bhanda as we all know no one likes getting the phone calls on you missed a debit order yet her treatment and assistance confused me towards weather this was a debt call or booking a holiday call honestly there is nothing better than speaking to consultants who know what they speaking about thanks a lot
I spoke to a lady by the name of Dudizile Maduna to enquire about my bank charges from my account on a monthly basis why it kept increasing as I could not understand this I ended up losing a fuse yet to be honest to my surprise how she kept her composure and done her best to explain and sympothise and understand my side putting all of her self aside to actually help and assist and feel my pain to the extent she appologised I wouldn't know what other bank is there better to approach when in need of help she has totally changed my views on Capitec I truly undestimated it by far yet today I was blown away and I wish to say sorry to her and thanks a lot for her assistance I thank you a lot please forgive me on my reaction I truly appologise and truly thank you she works in the client care department
