Used Fast & Efficient 3 times to date (over the last year). First time was fine and impressive. Second time had a problem on return - took more than 40 minutes to get our car and it was in a terrible dirty state - obviously was parked under a tree with breeding birds - escuse was that not enough workers due to disciplinary issues. Gave them another chance end August. All was confirmed, but en route to airport none of the 3 numbers of the Co were answered - also no responses on WhattsApp etc. Had to make alternative arangements minutes before we had to book in. A week later still no responses via phone, e-mail, etc. Take it they closed down? If not stay clear!!!! Not even the decency to make an excuse - really shocking :(
