bad service
Is this a scam? Or why don't they deliver their services? They phoned for a promotion to update our guest house on Google and other platforms. Kirsten offered a promotion for the amount of R1500. The elderly owner of the guest house paid immediately, and that was it. Since then I have whatsapp contact with Kirsten an Tracey, but they just promise and do nothing. Please don' t make use of their services or offers.

Lisma Kemp from Faans Fourie Physiotherapy was appointed to treat our son at Durbanville Mediclinic on 5th and 6th July 2019. His arm was out of action due to a pain block. She just entered the room, browsing through his file, then she made promises that she will contact and organize physiotherapy treatment in our area, which is a rural area(500km from Cape Town). Nothing happened – and after 3 months we contact our local Community Health Centre to get help from a Physiothe****** which was urgently needed for the total recovery of his arm. Because we were not happy with the fact that Faans Fourie’s Physiotherapy practice sent us an account and we didn’t get service from his practice, we decided to contact him on 7 Oct and he promised to get in contact with Lisma Kemp and then he will give us give feedback on 11th October. At first he was glad that we reported it to him because he apparently had many complaints about Lisma. 14th October I sent him a follow up whatsapp which he read, and on 21st October I sent another whatsapp – with no response yet. I will not recommend his services.
