I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. I took my car in 2 weeks ago to BMW Constantia Claremont as it had a water leak. After doing diagnosed it was established there was a oil leak as well although I took the car for a service 3 weeks prior to that and hardly drove the car but nothing was picked up. As my warranty is with Liquid Capital the paper work was forwarded to them. as I heard nothing further a day or 2 later I had to phone back and was informed that Liquid Capital need SMG tax number as there was a shift in ownership from Auric Auto To SMG. To date nothing has been forwarded to Liquid Capital. Can it really take almost 2 weeks for a piece of paper to be delivered from SMG head office? Every time I phone back the one party is blaming the other due to lack of interest. Companies are preaching about Treating customers fairly, however in this case its surely lacking, not even the service manager is responding. That is BMW Constantia for you once they sell you the car, then customer care flies out by the window
I escalated to BMW South Africa matter regrading BMW Constantia(Auric Auto Claremont). My car is with BMW Constantia for 2 weeks waiting on papers from SMG or rather a tax number so that Liquid Capital can approve on the Warranty for the car to be fixed. They told me there turn around time is 24 to 48hrs and they promes to come back with feed back. Well 48hrs came and gone and not a word from them. BMW South Africa pride them selves on treating customers fairly even having it all over there website but there staff is not applying it. BWM is known for being a world class company on paper but when it comes down to deliver then it becomes another story. Vey disappointed in the BMW GROUP
Netstar needs to reimburse me money. I have logged this issue 1/09/2021. Since that time I have been shoved from pillar to post, and I don't think anybody is working in the accounts department either ,no use phoning them. even if u phone the accounts manager , just no response. One call center agent asked me if I am in arrears because that is the only time the accounts department will give you any attention. and they never return calls even if they promise to do so. They do send reference numbers which they send via sms and when u quote them when u phone they do not pic up any
