I am writing this review on behalf of Len Brunyee, who is 74 years old and who has no direct family to help him, except for his wife, who is also elderly and unable to assist. Len Brunyee notified Netstar on 9 July 2019 that his Vehicle (DSN 011 EC. Land Rover Discovery) was sold. Therefore, his contract with Netstar terminated on 9 August 2019 as 30 days’ notice of cancellation is required. Netstar has continued to deduct fees from Len Brunyee’s bank account despite the due and proper cancellation of his contract with Netstar. Netstar owes Len Brunyee all amounts deducted from his account for the period 9 August 2019 to date. On 16 July 2021, they refunded R6,491 to Len Brunyee, but on 22 July 2021 they deducted R6,400 from Len Brunyee's bank account. I kindly request that Netstar urgently refund Len Brunyee for all unlawful deductions from his bank account and ensure that this will never happen again. I shall be most grateful if Netstar can urgently reach out to him and fix this! I thank you in advance. Wendy Lategan Duly authorised on behalf of Len Brunyee
I have made an enquiry regarding claiming child support to Hamel Attorneys and received inaccurate legal advice from Ms Roxzanne Hamel. I have requested a refund pertaining to all actions relating to the inaccurate and misleading legal advice by Ms Roxzanne Hamel, but she refuses to refund the relevant amount. Further, she also refused to liaise with me further as may be reasonable to clear the disagreement.
