Shocking after sales service and inferior quality products at expensive price

I bought an expensive couch in 2021 from Chair Crazy. The first cushion started cracking and it took the them about 12 months to replace the cushion. The whole couch has started to crack since its faux leather, which I dis not know initially. They ignore my attempts to solve this issue, the owner is never available and think by just leaving it the problem it will disappear. I spent R12k on this worthless piece of junk. Very upset and unhappy. Stay away as far as possible!!!!
