Wrong display on products being sold

I went to corner bakery on 27th september 2019 at about 14:10 and I ordered a smokey beef pie at corner I went to corner bakery (fnb bank city)on 27th september 2019 at about 14:10 and I ordered a smokey beef pie not knowing that it has cheese in it (i am lactose intolerant),i am not a regular customer hence i wouldnt know that their smokey beef pies have cheese in them because they didnt even write that on the tag.the tag only said smokey beef,all the other pies with cheese their tags stated "with cheese" but their smokey beef which the rude lady there says "always has cheese" didnt state that it has cheese.they have no name tags so i didnt get their names.when i returned the pie to explain to them the lady there was condensending,acting like everybody knows that smokey beef has cheese and refused to refund me nor take it back.i feel like they didnt display it well because not all of us know that. - bank city not knowing that it has cheese in it (i am lactose intolerant),i am not a regular customer so i wouldnt know that their smokey beef pies have cheese in them because they didnt even write that on the tag.the tag only said smokey beef,all the other pies with cheese their tags stated "with cheese" but their smokey beef which the rude lady there says "always has cheese" didnt state that it has cheese.they have no name tags so i didnt get their names.when i returned the pie to explain to them the lady there was condensending,acting like everybody knows that smokey beef has cheese and refused to refund me.i feel like they didnt display it well because not all of us know that.i even regret buying their product.
