I phoned in to the Spa and booked a massage for 60 minutes for myself and my partner, for 11:30 to 12:30 Saturday the 24th but the massage was finished by 12:10. When I complained at reception I was told that the receptionist had put the wrong time for me in the book. She booked me for 11:15 but they still made me pay for a full 60 minutes even though the mistake with the booking was on their side. The ladies at reception were very unprofessional in handling this situation, I was told that they had other customers to attend to already hence my our massages were shortened to 45 minutes. I was promised a call by end of the day yesterday but the manager never called.
I bought those Dischem perfumes on 75% off online and the sale went through and I paid. Got confirmation that my order is being processed and will be delivered. A few hours later I get a call from Brooklyn branch and they say that they never had stock and they will refund me. Why would a sale go through if there was never stock? False advertising?????
Sr210905-028708 @Vodacom I have a fibre with Vodacom.My internet has been down for 3 days.have made so many calls but no resolution.I'm taken from pillar to post. Nobody cares that I'm unable to work and I'm loosing money.Also they refuse 2 provide me with data in the interim, they log a call for me for the escalations department that is supposed to help me with data whilst I'm being sorted and then they transfer me to a department where there is no answer. I'm so over vodacom at this stage and I'm so canceling this fibre that hardly ever works. What's even worse is that they are blaming metro fibre and when I call metro fibre they say the fault is on Vodacoms side, I will also not be renewing my cellphone contract that is due for upgrade.
A week later after I lodged a complaint and was told by at least 10 consultant that they cant help me with reversal of the amount they overcharged me with, my issue is still not resolved, my services got disconnected again, they all escalated and said it will be resolved within 48hours its 7 days later and nothing. Worse of it all they dont even respond to Helopeter complaints...I'm fed up with Multichoice. Today they even have a nerve to call me and try to sell more services to me instead of sorting out my complaint
I've had such shocking service from dstv!!!!! I called through to dstv last week , my decoder got disconnected though I was not owing any outstanding amount to them. I checked my balance only to note that there are discrepancies on my account and I'm being overcharged, I phoned in on the 27th to lodge a complaint and was told by the consultant that there was confusion with my account as I was being charged for 2 decoders when I only have 1 active decoder a d they will sort it out. After speaking to the consultant I received another notification and the amount was now +-R850 on my dstv Family subscription where I normally pay R 265 and still she refused to reconnect me and dropped the phone when I asked to speak to a manager. I then phoned again and spoke to another consultant who promised to escalate my complaint and told me I will still be charged a reconnection fee for their mistake. I got reconnected now but the amount due is still reduced from R 850 to R 474 on a R 265 package. No one from dstv has rectified the account or has bothered to contact me. These people dont know what they are doing, they suspend my services due to an error on their side. Then charge me a reconnection fee plus an amount for another decoder when I only have 1 ? Someone better sort this mess out NOW!!!@
