If I could rate them a 0 I would. They disconnected my line from their side and I was told it would take 72 hours to reconnect. I called them after 96 hours (friday morning) to be told that they haven't done anything yet and that they won't be working over the weekend and that I would have to wait another 48 hours from start of business on Monday. I demanded compensation from the monthly bill for the lost days of salary as we work from home and I was told I will only be receiving the discount from the days lost on my monthly bill. Atrocious service
Horrible service. I went to get my yellowfever shot and I was not aware that I should receive a card with it. Upon discovering that the doctor did not supply me with my car I called him up to inform him about it and I was shouted and swore at saying I needed to pay R400 if I would like to receive it. Scam artist, horrible customer service and money hungry. Would not recommend him to ANYONE
