I see my previous review was removed.. Well your not gonna get rid of us who are victims of atm fraud, digusted with the way capitec fraud department handles their customer complaints, they say 5 days to investigate card that was cloned, they wait toll the Friday to say that don't have any evidence, and that they won't return money stolen out of THERE atm, cards are being cloned and they not doing anything to prevent it, believe me I am not going to leave it like that.. Sies
I am utterly disgusted by Capitec Bank,, my mother was a victim of fraud a week ago and your "investigation" department did absolutely no effort to help her case, this is a woman who has served her community more then 30 years, just for your bank to tell her that they do not have any evidence that she is not the one who withdrew her own money, don't bull**** me man, your atm all have cameras in them as well as around them, you tell people their money is safe with you, yet you could not protect this woman, I will be taking further steps against you fraudsters and most definitely will be making awareness of how you deal with your customers! And with social media I can do everything! And best believe you will soon be getting a police matter on your hands as well
Absolutely dissapointing experience and havemt even had a treatment,I walked in to see the nail tech on her phone listening to music in her earphones,she just looked ate and put the earphones back in her ears,the receptionist did not even smile with me,I asked for a pricelist,just a blunt "we dony have a pricelist its on our website" i asked so whats your website? No answer I had to look on the business card then she said its on there... as im walking out I asked how busy they are,just a plain,"depends on what you need...I just left because no eagernesa to help,no desire to get more information...no friendliness,nothing
