Prompt initial response, poor follow through.

Prompt initial response, poor follow through. I need two sinple tasks to be completed by certified electrician. Called Ultimate, had good initial response, next morning the guy arrives as agreed. I needed extra parts, went to hardware store to get them and agreed they will return the next day. They had some car trouble, could not make it, we agreed for a few days later at 9am. By 1pm no show. I called them, yes they are ‘on the way’ I asked if they’ll be there while the sun is till shining and they said yes. By 5pm I gave up and cancelled the contractor. I called the helpline again, on https://www.ultimatetradesman.co.za and the guy who answered apologized and promised to send new contractor out. No show, again, and no communication. Apparently they have ‘52 bakkies on the road’. Well none of them could help me. This wasted a week of my time.
