If i could give a better more accurate rating it would be way less than this. After placing an order way in advance in November, comfyzak cancelled my order the week before Christmas, and it was my daughters Christmas present. Since placing the order, no communication was received by comfyzak the only time was when I asked regarding delivery and Michelle promising me via email that I will have this in time for Christmas. After the advised time has gone by and I becoming concerned that this will arrive in time, I start asking questions. Who I think is the owner called me advised me it would be delivered the 15th, It did not happen, then said it would be delivered the 18th, the 17th of December on a Sunday I receive an SMS stating my order has been cancelled by myself. I DID NOT CANCEL THIS ORDER Out of frustration I sent them an email stating how can they do this - the reason given is about misunderstanding and they are not willing to fill full their commitment and it was just easier to cancel. Blamed me as the customer, and stated that if I was unhappy about their service now they will not fill full commitment as they only want happy customers. WELL, WHY DO YOU THINK ME AND MANY OTHERS COMPLAINED ABOUT NO FEEDBACK AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. To cancel a order is the ***ardly way out because you cannot commit to what you clearly stated will happen on all our back and forth emails. I will not recommend or deal with comfyzak now or in future. Unapologetic and unprofessional to say the least.
Sent a package back, after several complaints the owner tells me its done even sends me "proof" return not done. WORST COMPANY WORST SERVICE WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. NOW I KNOW WHY YOU ONLY HAVE A RATING OF 1.6 OUT OF 5 NOT GETTING ANYTHING SORTED OUT. CEO NOT HELPFUL AND NOT DOING THE REFUND KEEPS ON GIVING ME EMPTY PROMISES
