BofA pathetic
Pathetic communication. Why must I wait for a card to be delivered ??? 4-6 working days!! This is so inconvenient. I come from a third world country and I can get a card instantly. The banker gave me a business card and her email does not work? I mean C'mon!!! There is ZERO communication regarding when my card will arrive ??? I have to physically go into the bank to file a complaint and I still can't get my card??

I can’t believe how unprofessional they are. I received a desk that was labeled “ basic to assemble”. The instructions are vague and the pieces are not labeled properly. Not even my friend who is a carpenter can put it together. I reach out to the company and they don’t get back to me. I reached out about a week ago and showed them pictures. I keep getting a different person that says they’ll speak to someone and get back to me. Even with pictures and proof of payment, they question why I want a refund yet won’t send someone out to collect the desk or at least have a look at it. This is unethical and unprofessional coming from their team. Will never order furniture from them again.
