Delay on our 5kva off grid express delivery order with Energy Spark

Recently received our online order of 5kva off grid solar kit from Energy Spark. There was a delay in the order which we were notified about, however it would have been better to have received our order within the 3 day express delivery period and on time as had travel plans so had to update this to facilitate energy sparks delivery team which had issues with the overseas suppliers.
