I address you as the CEO and FOUNDER of the Franchisor of Monkeynastix International Pty Ltd. A South African Based registered company with a reputation spanning 25 years and a registered trade mark in many countries including; South Africa, Australia, Botswana, Bulgaria, China, Lesotho, Zambia, Ghana, Kenya, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, UK, USA, Mauritius, Malaysia, Republic of Ireland and Canada. It is of GREAT CONCERN to us that Hendry and Jennifer van der Wath, our X MASTER FRANCHISEES in Canada (Monkeynastix Canada Incorporated) are now illegally using our IP and Business Systems without the proper equipment, support and training. Now trading as Funky Kids at various schools and Parks & Rec Centers in Burlington, Mississauga, York & Hamilton. I feel that this may put the children of Canada at risk as this is an extremely specialized field. We are in a legal process with Monkeynastix Canada Incorporated, not only for the $285’000 owed to us, but also to protect our trade marks, credibility and the value of our brand internationally. I feel that it is my responsibility to bring this very serious matter to your attention as it is our passion and our business to always act in the best interest of children worldwide. Thank you.
