After months of being overcharged by City Power we assumed there were some billing issues. Multiple emails and visits to Joburg City power resulted in no change from their side. However after having Exon monitor our usage and review our bill they found a discrepancy after only a few weeks. Now 2 months later they have fully disputed the issue with City Power and we have been provided with a R 20 000 rebate from City Power! Excellent work Exon Consulting we cannot thank you guys enough for all your effort and service with our dilemma which we thought would never have been resolved.
