Wrote to the magazine about the suspension of my account even though I had paid it and sent them proof of payment several times. They claimed a 24 hour response. Four days later - NOTHING.
I paid my subscription in May. Sent a proof of payment immediately. Since then I have been receiving accounts every month in spite of sending proof of payment. No response. Now, October, they have suspended my subscription for non payment. does anyone have a local phone number for them?
