We are a lodge based in Botswana with an outstanding order from this company. We are seeking to connect with other businesses or individuals who may have had a similar experience. It appears that the sales representative and owner advertised a special, invoiced us, and accepted payment for an order they were aware they could not fulfill. Jaen Boshoff, the Pet Sales Consultant, Dotsure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We signed up with Dotsure for pet insurance. Jaen Boshoff, the Pet Sales Consultant, was incredibly efficient, professional and as an animal lover, very easy to relate to. Jean was very helpful in explaining coverage and the finer details, giving great advice as we went along. Couldn’t recommend more! We were surprised to see that all three of our fur babies would be covered with immediate effect!
