Mistreatment if staff

I was sat at the bar at about 10:30 last Friday & saw two of the barmaids walk in, before they had gotten to the bar they were stopped abruptly by the owner & were asked “what they were doing there?” Or if they were trying to sabotage the business. Both girls were followed by the owner around the bar as one went to the bathroom & the other went to a private side of the bar. Both girls were asked to leave the premises immediately. This scene caused by rushing over & interrogating the staff in front of customers is very unprofessional & cause discomfort.
