RACIST AND ***IST SERVICE

Took my son for his Birthday on the 5th May 2022, Received pathetic service, there was only one other table. Waiter took our order, didn't enquire on drinks order, they served normal small rolls as portrayed it as Portuguese Rolls, the waiter left us siting for a long time, didn't come in and ask if we wanted to order anything else. Then I had to walk up to get our bill, we were completely ignored as they assumed we all were teenagers. They were racist as the other table got prompt service. They had no stock of Tomatoe sauce and rolls. Once complained went through they offered to not charge for the one particular meal, which they did not understand it was no about the money it was the disgusting food and pathetic experience. Once the Manager was contacted he was confirmed that the cameras don't work. I have tried contacting the owner right up until yesterday however he refuses to address the matter. I still paid for our meals and then went over the the next restaurant for dessert and Drinks. This is not a restaurant that I would ever suggest to anyone, despite the poor service, the portion sizes have also decreased incredibly. The waiters were extremely rude and racist even I can go as far as saying ***ist as well.
