IP Solutions scam

I dealt with IP Solutions a few years back and they sold me a complete setup for a 5 year period. The contract was then taken over by Daisy Connect of which the contract came to an end. I am now still having to pay the finance house (Assetfin) back for the remainder of the contract which is 27 months and at a cost of close to R500 000.00. I do not think this is correct because I was also told that after the 5 year contract the PABX units would be mine but only to be told by Assetfin that I am renting them. So, now I have 6 PABX units that are of no use to me but yet I still have to pay Assetfin back this money. I have been told that Assetfin paid the full 5 year contract amount to IP Solutions so I feel that IP Solutions should pay back the remainder of my contract with Assetfin back to Assetfin. This was a huge scam and if anyone could help me I would really appreciate it.
