House oh Horrors 22 Diluta Drive Sunset Beach

Hi, Dear Costumer? would like to warn holiday goers and make them aware of a Guesthouses situated at 22 Diluta Drive Sunset Beach. Sunset Villa's. It's the worst experience to date! Noise levels are excessive and complaints not handled. In fact disregarded. There is no assistance or reception to assist problems. Ablutions are hooked up to the borehole water supply and guests are supposed to shower and hopefully take a shower if there's hot water but all is not lost there's a tap located outside to fill You bottle with municipal water to make a cup of tea. Rooms may seem clean at face value but the suites are anything but clean! The inphormius pool adversed, I believe has taken a year to get to the current stage but still not completed. Verbal agreements are broken regarding the rentals and seem to change on dayly basis. Staff are insulting and unfriendly.
