We visited Westwood Mall on 23 September 2021 to get some clothes. We bought them and on our way to get dinner we stopped by DSO. As we were about to leave from Jimmy Prawns I noticed that we were missing one plastic bag which we forgot at DSO when we went back tO DSO they were closed. I went back to the shop the next day, the DSO management refused to help. I phoned the mall management so we can view cameras they also refused. I wonder why have cameras if you don't want to serve your client's needs and create a safe environment for both the mall visitors and the shop owners. I figured that it must be collusion between the mall and the shops to rob their clients in this way. Very poor customer service, bunch of thieves and liers. But I'm sure if it was a white lady they would have assisted with immediate effect
I had ordered the tabs, yes they arrived on time. Very excited I was and started using them the next day. By the time I finished the first 4 rows I was sick, I suffered from seizures, getting super cold and shaking and my appetite skyrocketed and couldn't stop eating. Within those 4 days I gained 3kg and I sent Julie emails and WhatsApp messages about this, she never responded. I then got an email from her saying that the refund policy has been revised to about 6 days if product doesn't work, I right there and then requested my refund, until today i have not received it despite her promising that I will and asking for my order number so she can process it. It has been about 10 days after this undertaking and now does not respond to my messages anymore. I stopped the meds as well upon finishing the first set and realizing it causing me more problems. I'm so disappointed and annoyed at the way they treating customers and robbing us of our hard earned cash promising solutions to our weight problems while knowing very well the product have serious side effects.
