****MERS WE BUY CARS SELLING S**** CARS WITH **** DEKRA REPORTS
Last year i bought a Toyota Auris hybrid from Webuycars the car never lasted a month. Ended up selling it for 20k having paid 100k to Webuycars. Last year again on the 12 of December i bought a jeep grand Cherokee from Webuycars at the dome. This time the car is even worse that the first one, a lot of information missing on the dekra report. The car only drove for a few days and started giving me problems and when i contacted them about the issues on the car they said I can take it to any RMI approved workshop so I took to car service city and when they were supposed to make arrangements for car service city Honeydew to check (strip and quote) they told me they work with car service city so I booked a tow truck to take the car to Bosch honeydew as per their instructions again. This time when they received the quote for strip and quote they rejected via email statement a while bunch of useless things. This car has a very bad engine and always overheating 🥵 I guess they are now in a business of robbing people and they don’t really care about their clients anymore especially if you buy cash they don’t assist you with anything. I would advise people not buy from these ****mers any more cause they now specialise in ripping of their clients. They also have a non existent after sales customer care. No matter what you do it’s impossible to get hold of them. This time though I’m not letting go of my hard earned money I’ll fight till they replace or refund me. What’s the purpose of buying a vehicle that has a **** dekra report, cleared engine errors , cleaned engine so that you don’t see any leaks? STAY AWAY OR YOULL CRY WHEN THEY HAVE TAKEN YOUR MONEY

**** **** **** **** **** ****❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ Bought a thermostat and a water bottle from these guys for my jeep wk2 on the 20th of December 2024. I had seen an ad on market place for a used water bottle but when I arrived they told me they didn’t have the used one anymore so I should buy a brand new one which is better than a used one according to Obrey who was assisting me on the day. they closed on the same day on the 20th of December 2024. Since I fitted their bottle I have been having issues with the lid of the bottle as well as the bottle itself as it has an oval shape which makes it impossible to seal the water off completely. So when I called today I was bul**** and told that the water bottle won’t be replaced, but it’s clearly a cheap quality which I don’t think can handle the 21psi pressure as recommended by jeep. The thermostat works only the water bottle has a maybe a manufacturing error as i mentioned before that the lead is not able to seal the bottle as the neck is oval not round. So I paid R2300 for the thermostat and R3500 for the water bottle non negotiable, now that I have called to complain about the quality of their product I am being treated like fool, these guys have already made a profit and won’t budge to replace the bottle. So I’m told over WhatsApp that sorry my boss says he won’t replace it. And that’s the end of the story from them. These guys behave like bully’s even when you talk to them on the phone, but I won’t loose my R3500 over a useless product which never lasted even one week. Bad reputation , low quality aftermarket products sold at a very high price. I Need this bottle replaced ASAP new or second hand original I’m not spending any more money on something I paid for in full!

**** **** ****!!! 2nd of November 2023 took my gearbox for a Canter Fuso truck to these guys which they insisted that they can fix it, never received a single call to update me on what they call Strip and Quote (R3500) A week later I called them again and each time phoned Bram I would be told we are still waiting for parts or prices on parts. These guys don’t specialise on this type of gearbox but they took my gearbox I’m knowing they will charge me R3500 just to open the gearbox, after opening the gearbox i was told it was told it would cost R113000 to fix the gearbox which i rejected the quote. Never got details as to what the 113k is for, a brand new gearbox from Mercedes Benz is 130k, the guys who actually fix this gearbox and have experience on this specific model MO38 is Mayfair gearbox which I regret why I didn’t take it at the first place as they only charge 40k for an exchange on a Reconditioned box with a warranty, All O Matic is a big **** and wouldn’t advise anyone to get anything of their fixed there as their main business is strip and quote whether you accept their quote or not they have already made their money (R3500) I had to wait half a day to get my gearbox back from them as they had sent it to someone who actually knows how to fix the box, they didn’t give me all the parts, went back the following day for my pressure plate which was also taken to another company which know how to fix and then they charge you double the amount of what that company charges. A pure **** and bad reviews on this company, just wonder why I didn’t check all these negative reviews. Take your car or parts to these guys at your own risk. Otherwise just don’t, this is a strip and quote company that’s how they make their money. I have never been so disappointed in my whole life as they didn’t want to disclose where i should pick up my remaining parts. Drove from Emalahleni to Booysens when I got there I had to drive back to Benoni to pick up my remaining parts. Wasted two days plus petrol ⛽️ just trying to get my parts back. They were not bothered at all as they had already made their money. WHAT A ****, WHAT A SHAME, **** **** ****!!!
