Hi, Please note that my complaint is related to horrible service received via the Bolt Food App - Cape Town. Apparently, the total disrespect received from Winston via the Bolt App - is just way too much - arguing with customers that was billed for food not received. If you do not refund me and call me back you leave me with no other option to take this further.
Good day, I ordered take away food on the Bolt App 12:45 pm today to my surprise the driver who seemed to be extremely lost called me twice asking for my address (insisted me the customer provide the takeaway address to him where he should have collected at and have known) which was on the app btw as I have been a client for maybe 2 years or more. When I confirmed after 2 hours, I have not received the parcel - Winston - the consultant insisted that I am billed as I did not provide correct information??? and then refuse to provide a credit - (even though his colleague agreed to pass a credit on my profile now such disrespect is the very reason service lacks in this county and from here he refuses to respond after the money was debited off the account and I have not received the order, so please Winston who is actively engaging via the Bolt App and clearly lacks manners - first check and investigate details before you make decisions - this is not on and this is not how business is done - I work from home and nobody was in front of my house delivering, I asked for his manager to call back and he does not want me to chat to his manager.
Vodacom, the poorest service provider ever. Failure to acknowledge cancellation request and provide a solution to home WIFI switched off without reason since 8 May 2021 up to date. Each day you hear that they are investigating. No technician and no manager wants to come and speak with us. It is everyday the same escalation that occurs so I think its best the matter be taken up with higher parties.
Poor service rendered. Vodacom has no shame whatsoever. A week ago a report was logged and nobody up until today wanted to come out and attend to the matter. All we hear is promises.
Intec is useless, they obviously don't care much about their students, been waiting for my certificates for almost 3 years. I would like to know when I will get them and when they reopen but simple concerns students have is not actually a concern for them- Utterly poor service and zero out of 10. There should not even be a star afforded to them however I could not click the zero option.
Rating is a definite zero,no response received..did examination in June 2019 been calling and sending messages no results ..Intec has been following up for the past five months.
I completed examination in June 2019 up until this date and day I never and cannot get my results. This is the most disgusting service ever. To think I have to keep sending emails begging for results.
