I went to Jet Bloemfontein Plaza last week to have my baby’s clothes exchanged to a bigger size duriNg my lunch hour. I stood in the line for 25 minutes , with cashiers chatting and laughing to each other (which is always the case at this Jet). I was then finally assisted by a lady her Name is Dikeledi (if I’m not mistaken) Her surname is Molahloe ( this Im sure of). This lady is very unprofessional and quite cheeky. after I explained that I want to have my babies clothes exchange due to the size being small She took out the items out of the plastic and started to scan them and said that we can’t return the hat that part I understood and she continued to scan the items. After scanning all the items She proceeded to slowly take her time to hang all the items that I was returning on the hanger and all this I’m waiting for her to finish hanging those items and mind you I’m on lunch which is an hour short. After hanging the items she scanned all the items that I was taking which had the correct sizes And put them in a bag. After that she asked me with a cheeky Tony if there’s something else that I would like to buy why don’t I buy an item that was on special and I told her that I’m not interested in that item. Its not the 1st time i have an encounter with this lady, the previous time one of her colleagues even said that she is rude there was no need for her to treat me that way and i let it go. My thing is why does she have to hang the items while I’m waiting to be assisted and there’s a long line of people behind me waiting to be assisted. And her cheekyness is unjust.
The level of incompetence from this buss service is cannot be measured. Mom booked a bus with them we had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Upon cancellation we were charged a penalty of R70 from her ticket and a man by Mokoena Mokoena told me that we could re-book with the same ticket for greyhound as they work with greyhound. On the day of the booking he tells us the supervisor said that couldn’t happen as its not the same line, HE ASSUMED that it could be done this information was never made available to him. Now this is not the problem, the problem is that this is the information that we should’ve been given before we cancelled the ticket, before we forfeited some of the money. The supervisor refuses to speak to is because “He’s off”.
A friend and i went there for lunch we were served food after eating. We asked for the bill and paid we didn't leave immediately after as we were finishing our bottle of wine. A big dark complexion guy, dont even know his name, comes to our table and rudely instructs we should get finished and leave as there's a booking for 5. That was absolutely rude and I professional to say the least. 15 minutes later there's no one going in. So explain that to me. If you have "bookings" atleast have the courtesy to inform your fully paying clients before hand rather then letting them sit, spend their money then chase them out. Definitely not coming back here! Definitely not recommending it to no one! ????
I took my school assignment for courier and the ladies helping me assured that my package would be received on Thursday before 1pm. Apparently i gave the wrong address they mentioned a funny area i did not even provide, my parcel was not delivered and no one bothered to call on Thursday or Friday even monday the 21st i had to call myself. If i hadn't called when was i going to be told about my assignment? My assignment is very late! Im very angry and disappointed to say the least
