Unprofessional and rude

Unprofessional and very bad service from a woman by the name of Maruèl Ferreira, never set your foot there, their prices are high and this lady is Not a business person she is very rude and arrogant, when I mentioned her pricing was slightly higher instead of competing she got agitated and demanded to know who is the cheaper opposition and when I refused to give her the information she started saying she is asking me nicely yet I’m giving her a “snoty” “kak” answer those were her exact words then later hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation which I recorded and posted on social media to go viral. We do not need such people in business.
