On the 09th December 2018 we made a booking at a villa in Western Cape, the property contacted us directly saying they don't accept credit cards and we should pay directly into the account which we did an amount of R43 188.00, after the booking was confirmed we could still see that the property is still vacant which that alarmed us to contact booking.com and they never gave us a concrete answer. I’ve sent various queries regarding this and no one has come back to me regarding this matter, I’m very saddened and disappointed in how you they are handling this matter as if I don’t matter or I’m not a client, I spoke to various consultants but no one gets back to me, I paid a hefty amount for that house and my family was robbed of a beautiful vacation. It's been over a year without a refund and communication and it's worse because yo can't call them but you can only email but they don't respond real time.
On the 29.05.2019 we paid R 9999 to CASI for a Course: Financial Management and Financial Project Appraisal for Engineers to be held in Cape Town, we then booked flights and accommodation we then received cancellation of the course the day before which we happened to see on the day, so we requested a refund and they said they'll refund us which we kept following up on and without any luck, fast forward October and there is still no refund, they keep dodging us and ignoring our communication or lying that they processed the refund then days later nothing will reflect. It's been a mission and a half to get good service from them or for them to even keep their word.
