Dishonest florist who cheats you and than swear theirs clients

I ordered flowers for the girl dying of cancer from caar'i flora. This is the first time I have used them. I ordered a bunch of pink roses and one bunch of oriental lillies plus a vase and delivery of flowers. I paid R585. When the flowers were received by the girl she sent me a picture. Low and behold there were 6-7 white roses one stem of lillies and no vase! When I called the florist to enquire what is going on I didn't even get an apology. I was told I can't pay R585 for a vase arrangement. I said to Alan the apparent owner of the shop that I can order what I want and he is avoiding the dishonesty he showed. I didn't order what he delivered can he be so arrogant to not even apologise or even look into it. I was then sworn at saying **** You and the phone was put down! So caar'i flora not only cheats you by delivering flowers that you didn't order but even the amount they deliver is far less than what you pay for and the cherry on the top when you call to query and fight for what you paid for you get told **** YOU. If you want to order flowers from them after this than all I can say is Goodluck.
