If i could give them less than one star i would do so without hesitation... been waiting for a delivery since 17 November 2022.. no one answers any calls.. not even their head office.. please close your doors and stop wasting peoples time and money.
Very gutted and disappointing service from Cell C Northridgemall in Bloemfontein. after i opened a LTE-A contract, the network towers got shutdown which allowed me to cancel my contract from the 1st of May 2019. I handed my device back in at the branch on the 17th of may and for some reason my contract only got cancelled on the 2nd of July. My debit orders got deducted as usual every month without me using the service but now when it comes to give me credit for those months nobody can assist me. i don't see this issue being resolved soon. I'll never set my foot in another branch. After sending emails to customer service 2 months ago i still even received a response from them. I really do hope cell c can just wake up and assist their clients.
