Little Ruby's Arrogant and Rude Owner

The owner of Little Ruby in the CBD Cape Town is an arrogant rude *** that has no sense of customer service, firstly he threw a guy out in the street, and then just because I did not see his sign about standing in a que he performed with me that I can leave and he does not need my business and he was shouting at everyone in the shop, the lady in front of me was not saying a word but he shouted at her leave my shop I don't need your business as well. this is my first time ever to see a owner talks to his customers so rudely and shouting at them to leave his shop just because of a que, I wish your shop can close tomorrow already cause you have no customer server s**** and are a arrogant rude human being. I will never put my foot again in that shop due to the rude owner.
