Tracey's Bridal Gowns

I've order my wedding dress from Tracey in May 2019 as I was getting married in September 2019. I had to pay her upfront for the make to hire dress. Entering the last weeks before my wedding maybe a month she only started with my dress. She have cancel 3 - 4 fitting as she was always busy. 2 weeks before my wedding she started with the lace, no skirt yet. 5 Days before my wedding (the Monday) the skirt was attached, and they still need to alter it. I was supposed to get my dress the Wednesday, she cancel my appointment again for the Tuesday as I need to give them time to alter the dress. On the Wednesday I had my final fitting, everything looks good by they still need to cut the dress at the bottom as I was wearing flats. I tried to sit in the dress and couldn't, it was to uncomfortable and it felt if I couldn't breath. My ****s was popping out every where. She only delivered the dress the Friday morning at my sisters house. Right here comes the wedding day...... I'm so uncomfortable, I cannot bend, cannot sit straight and it comfortable, the dress is way to long and my ****s is still popping out when I sit. Now the wedding is done and dustes and Tracey is refussion to pay back my securtiy deposit. Apparently the dress is very sioled, but the funny thing is the day I took the dress back she did not say anything about is, only showed me one little hole in the train. I think she is very unproffesional and will not recommend her to anyone.
