Does Dalim Media exist?

A few months ago we were offered the opportunity to place an adverti*****t in a construction magazine, published by Dalim Media. At first they were prompt to respond with inquiries, sending of application form to place the advert and sending the invoice (of R8000.00). After payment, correspondence went from very little to non-existing. As soon as we signed off the final proof, we struggled to get hold of the contact person or any other employee from Dalim media. When the number that is on the website and on the e-mail footer (the only contact number available) is phoned, I just got a dialling tone. None of my e-mails was answered as to when we will feature in the promised edition (September 2019). The latest edition of the magazine on the website shows July-August 2019. If the electronic edition is opened, the date on the pages is October-December 2018. The same error is repeated on older editions. After I phoned around to other advertisers who featured in the latest edition on the website, I got hold of a cell phone number. The first time I phoned the number, a guy answered, but he could not hear me. According to him the line was bad. Immediately, I tried several other phones including different cellphones. The number dailled just rang. I then got an e-mail promising that we will feature in the September issue, and that the company moved offices and that it took some time to 'settle down'. Up to this date, I did not receive any reply on my e-mails, I am still trying to get hold of Dalim media and still haven't receive any adverti*****t in the promised September 2019 edition of the magazine.
