Unprofessional rip-offs

I called Lloyd Ziyama to come check out an electric problem at my stall..we agreed on 12:00 but he got there at 11:00 I told him not to start before I got there...when I got there he had already started..I told him to tell me the cost before he continued but he proceeded without saying anything...I left for an hour when I came back I discovered he had left having done half the job and cut out a light switch that was working just fine..when I called to enquire he told me he left to go do another job and that he would be back in a few days but continued to send me an invoice of R950 for a job he didn't finish and I had to call someone else and pay them to finish. Don't use them they are unprofessional and charge outrages amount of money for doing absolutely nothing.
