I BOUGHT A CANON PRINTER AT HIFI CORPARATOIN AT EASTGAGE SO THE PROBLEM IS THE PRINTER DID NOT ABLE TO PRINT TO PC SO I TAKE IT BACK TO A STORE AND AT THE STORE THEY SAW A PROBLEM OF THE PRINTER SO AT STORE THEY CANON COMPAY THEY WILL TAKE IT ND THEY CALL ME AT HIFI CORP TO TELL ME THEY TAKE IT THEY SAW IT PROBLEM SO MY PROBLEM IS WHY THEY DONT GIVE ME A NEW PRINTER OR REFUND ME BECAUSE MY PRINTER IS STILL NEW WHY THEY WILL GONNA REPAIR IT IF THEY FIX IT IT GONNA BE A SECOND HAND THAT 1 IF I CALL AT CANON THEY STILL IN A REPAIR ARE MUST WAIT 14 TO 24 DAY THT DAY IT PASS NOW IF I WANT TO TALK WITH MANAGER THEY TELL ME THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE NOW AM SICK ND TIRED OF THEIR DRAMA I WANT MY MONEY BACK SO THAT I CAN ABLE TO BUY ANOTHER PRINTER
