Complete no-show

We had a complete no-show from Craig on Wednesday 30 October. We had made the booking to have our floors done in our kitchen and living room a couple of weeks before. The booking was confirmed on the previous afternoon (29th) in an sms from Craig saying they'd be here at 9am on the day. When no-one arrived we sent multiple messages by sms, whatsapp and phone but we received not a word in reply. We were trying to fix the house before family arrived from overseas we felt badly let down.
